Engineering Research Center of the Ministry of Education for Digital Learning and Education Public Services (BNU) / Huaibei Normal University Dr. Qi Zhang is a provincial level teaching famous teacher, a researcher at the Engineering Research Center of the Ministry of Education for Digital Learning and Education Public Services (BNU), the academic leader of educational technology in Huaibei Normal University, the council member of the Research Association of Learning Sciences, CAHE and an associate editor of the "Research Report on Regional Development of China's Smart Education" and "China Research Report on the Development of Internet Learning". He has published over 40 SSCI and CSSCI papers, in addition to having been invited as the Sub-conference Chairman / Program Chair for the Global Chinese Computer Education Application Conference (GCCCE), the Global Chinese Conference on Inquiry Learning (GCCIL) and the International Conference on Computer Science and Technologies in Education (CSTE). He created the provincial core textbook Learning Analytics Technology and Methods, a first-class undergraduate course (MOOC), presided over several provincial teaching achievement awards, and charged more than 10 provincial as well as ministerial scientific research projects.
