Research underscores the correlation between PSC and employee health, safety, and productivity, with positive climates mitigating psychosocial risks and fostering optimal performance. Measuring PSC involves assessing organizational policies, management practices, and employee perceptions, with high PSC workplaces characterized by clear communication, supportive leadership, and proactive risk management. Strategies to enhance PSC include promoting work-life balance, stress management training, and fostering open communication, while a hierarchy of control approach enables systemic interventions to address underlying structural issues affecting employee well-being. Dr. Teoh Kok Ban currently serves as the Head of School and Senior Lecturer at ViTrox College in Malaysia, overseeing the School of Industrial Management. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Statistics and a Master's degree in Statistics from the School of Mathematical Sciences at Universiti Sains Malaysia, and furthered his education with a doctorate in organizational behavior and development from the same university's School of Management, along with a second Master's degree in counseling from the School of Educational Studies. In 2020, Dr. Teoh received recognition for his contributions, including the Best Presenter award at the Industry 4.0 Regional Conference, the Editors' Pick at the International Postgraduate Symposium in Tourism and Hospitality, and the Best Poster award at the 6th ASIA International Conference. He is registered as a counselor with the Malaysian Board of Counselors (LKM), certified as a trainer by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), serves as Deputy Country Director at the Association of International Business and Professional Management (AIBPM), and is recognized as a graduate technologist by the Malaysian Board of Technologists (MBOT). Actively involved in scholarly pursuits, Dr. Teoh holds editorial roles as the Editor-in-Chief for Annals of Human Resource Management Research, a Section Editor for SEISENSE Business Review, and a reviewer for Psychological Reports.
