Murali Chemuturi is an Industrial Engineer, with an MBA, a diploma in Electrical Engineering, and a PG Diploma in Computer Methods and Programming. He has worked in managerial positions in professional organizations like ECIL, TCS, Metamor, Satyam and Vistaar in the areas of Manufacturing and information technology. His experience spans over 50 years which includes 30 years of working in organizations and twenty years as a consultant offering consultancy assistance in the areas of management and information technology to organizations in USA and India.

He authored many papers on technical topics, social issues, and religion, as well as seven books on Information Technology, two books on management, one on personality engineering and one compilation of all his essays. His articles were read by more than 100,000 readers on the internet alone where statistics are available. 

He won many awards including the Fellowship award by the Indian Institution of Industrial Engineering in 1997, the IT Innovation and Excellence award by the Computer Society of India in 2016 and the Life Time Achievement Award by the Asian Leadership summit in Dubai in 2023.
